Определение психологических предикторов эмоционального выгорания педагогов может расширить научные представления о специфике его возникновения в современных условиях педагогической деятельности, а также очертить наиболее восприимчивые для развития коррекции индивидуально-психологические особенности личности специалиста, что будет способствовать разработке эффективных профилактических мероприятий.</p><p>Целью исследования стал поиск и описание психологических факторов риска возникновения эмоционального выгорания педагогов.</p><p>Методология, методы и методики исследования. Исследование эмоционального выгорания и психологических особенностей личности педагогов было проведено в дистанционном формате с использованием инструмента Яндекс-форм в 2024 году. В исследовании приняли участие 1 054 педагога. В пакет диагностического инструментария были включены следующие методики: диагностика уровня эмоционального выгорания (В. В. Бойко), опросник эмоционального интеллекта – ЭмИн (Д. В. Люсин), интегративный тест тревожности (А. П. Бизюк, Л. И. Вассерман, Б. В. Иовлев), методика диагностики мотивации профессиональной деятельности (К. Замфир, модификация А. Реана), методика диагностики интегральной удовлетворенности трудом. Математико-статистическая обработка результатов осуществлялась с применением методов дескриптивной статистики и линейного регрессионного анализа с принудительным включением и последовательным исключением независимых переменных.</p><p>Результаты исследования позволили констатировать, что проблема распространения синдрома эмоционального выгорания действительно актуальна для педагогического сообщества. Так, сформированная фаза напряжения характерна для 16,3 % опрошенных, у 40 % респондентов ярко выражена фаза резистенции, у 19,8 % педагогов диагностирована сложившаяся фаза истощения. На основании регрессионного анализа была сконструирована модель психологических факторов риска эмоционального выгорания педагогов.</p><p>Научная новизна заключается в том, что феномен эмоционального выгорания рассмотрен не только в контексте констатации уровня его выраженности у педагогов образовательных организаций разного уровня, но и с точки зрения его возможных предикторов, рассматриваемых как потенциальные факторы риска возникновения данной профессиональной деформации педагогических работников.</p><p>Практическая значимость обусловлена возможностями использования полученных результатов для разработки адресных мероприятий по профилактике эмоционального выгорания педагогов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The definition of psychological predictors of teacher emotional burnout can enhance scientific understanding of the specific factors contributing to its occurrence in contemporary pedagogical contexts. Additionally, it can identify the individual psychological characteristics of educators that are most susceptible to burnout, thereby facilitating targeted interventions that will aid in the development of effective preventive measures.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The present research aimed to identify and describe the psychological risk factors associated with the occurrence of emotional burnout among teachers.</p><p>Methodology and research methods. The study of emotional burnout and the psychological characteristics of teachers’ personalities was conducted remotely using the Yandex Forms tool in 2024. A total of 1,054 educators participated in the study. The diagnostic tools package included the following methods: the Emotional Burnout Diagnosis (V. V. Boyko), the Emotional Intelligence Inventory – EmIn (D. V. Lyusin), the Integrative Anxiety Test (A. P. Bizyuk, L. I. Wasserman, B. V. Iovlev), the Motivation of Professional Activity Diagnosis (K. Zamfir, modified by A. Rean), and a methodology for assessing overall job satisfaction. The mathematical and statistical analysis of the results was conducted using descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis, which involved both forced inclusion and sequential exclusion of independent variables.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The research findings indicate that the issue of emotional burnout syndrome is indeed a pressing concern for the pedagogical community. Specifically, 16.3% of respondents exhibit a phase of tension, 40% demonstrate a pronounced phase of resistance, and 19.8% of teachers have been diagnosed with a developed phase of exhaustion. Based on regression analysis, a model of psychological risk factors contributing to teachers’ emotional burnout has been constructed.</p></sec><sec><title>Scientific novelty</title><p>Scientific novelty.
