Осознание кризиса традиционных образовательных подходов стимулировало поиск новых педагогических стратегий, направленных на повышение профессиональной конкурентоспособности педагогов старшего возраста.</p><p>Цель – выявление актуальной проблематики и доминирующих теоретических оснований для сохранения профессионального потенциала педагогов старшего возраста в условиях активно развивающихся трансформационных процессов в системе образования РФ. </p><p>Методология, методы и методики. Фундаментальной основой исследований стали акмеологический, кластерный и социально-цифровой подходы. Методология исследования строилась на описательном подходе к обзору теоретических и эмпирических исследований. Общий объем соответствующих тематике исследования публикаций составил 2 697 источников. К ограничениям был отнесен тот факт, что поиск результатов исследований на русском и английском языках проводился в базах данных, находящихся в открытом доступе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Пролонгация трудовой деятельности педагогов «третьего возраста» представляет собой мультифакторный процесс, обусловленный диалектическим взаимодействием личностно-мотивационных компонентов, институциональной поддержки и оптимизации условий профессиональной деятельности. Ключевым фактором успешной интеграции педагогов старшего возраста в современную образовательную среду становится их готовность к непрерывному обучению с активным использованием неформальных и информальных практик. </p><p>Научная новизна исследования заключается в проведении масштабного исследования путей сохранения профессионального потенциала педагогов старшего возраста и роли формальных, неформальных и информальных практик в этих процессах.</p><p>Практическая значимость работы состоит в том, что полученные результаты могут быть использованы для разработки мер, направленных на сохранение и развитие профессионального уровня учителей данной возрастной категории.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Awareness of the crisis surrounding traditional educational approaches has prompted the exploration of new pedagogical strategies designed to enhance the professional competitiveness of older teachers.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The aim of the current research is to identify pertinent issues and the prevailing theoretical frameworks that support the preservation of the professional potential of older teachers amid the ongoing transformational processes within the education system of the Russian Federation.</p><p>Methodology and research methods. Acmeological, cluster, and socio-digital approaches have become the foundational basis for research. The research methodology employed a descriptive approach to review both theoretical and empirical studies. A total of 2,697 publications related to the research topic were identified. Limitations included the fact that the search for research results in both Russian and English was conducted using publicly available databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The prolongation of the careers of educators in the “third age” is a multifaceted process influenced by the dialectical interaction of personal and motivational factors, institutional support, and the optimisation of professional conditions. A crucial element in the successful integration of older educators into the contemporary educational landscape is their willingness to participate in continuous learning, actively utilising informal and non-formal practices. </p></sec><sec><title>Scientific novelty</title><p>Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of this study lies in conducting a large-scale investigation into methods for preserving the professional potential of older teachers, as well as examining the roles of formal, non-formal, and informal practices in these processes.</p></sec><sec><title>Practical significance</title><p>Practical significance.
