Многообразие внешних и внутренних вызовов современной реальности требует реализации активной позиции субъектов труда, способных успешно функционировать в ситуации динамичных социо-экономических трансформаций, менять сферы профессиональной деятельности в течение жизни и быть готовыми к освоению новых видов социально-профессиональной деятельности в ситуации смены профессии.</p><p>Цель исследования – разработка и теоретико-методологическое обоснование модели социально-профессиональной реориентации, ядром которой выступает психологическая готовность субъектов к освоению новых социальных и профессиональных видов деятельности за счет сформированных ключевых транспрофессиональных компетенций.</p><p>Методология, методы и методики. Фундаментальной основой изысканий по проблеме стали субъектно-деятельностный, акмеологический, компетентностный, полициклический и социально-цифровой подходы. Методики исследования: опросник «Коммуникативная социальная компетентность» Н. П. Фетискина, опросник «Дифференцированный тип рефлексии» Д. А. Леонтьева и Е. Н. Осина, шкала самоэфективности J. Maddux, M. Sherer; опросник «Диагностика особенностей самоорганизации» А. Д. Ишкова и Н. Г. Милорадовой, опросник «Интегральная удовлетворенность трудом» А. В. Батаршева; опросник «Адаптивность» А. Г. Маклакова.</p><p>Результаты и научная новизна. Предложена модель социально-профессиональной реориентации, смыслообразующим конструктом которой является психологическая готовность субъектов к освоению новых видов деятельности в условиях смены профессии и повторной профессионализации.</p></sec><sec><title>Практическая значимость</title><p>Практическая значимость. Разработанная авторами модель может быть использована в педагогической и психологической практике с целью психолого-педагогического сопровождения социально-профессиональной реориентации субъектов деятельности и повторной профессионализации в условиях смены профессии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The diverse external and internal challenges of contemporary reality necessitate the proactive engagement of labour participants, who can effectively navigate the dynamic socio-economic transformations. This includes adapting to shifts in professional fields throughout their lives and being prepared to acquire new forms of social and professional skills in response to evolving career demands.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The aim of this study is to develop and provide a theoretical and methodological justification for a model of socio-professional reorientation. The core of this model is the psychological readiness of individuals to engage in new social and professional activities, facilitated by the development of essential transprofessional competencies. </p><p>Methodology and research methods. The subject-activity, acmeological, competence, polycyclic, and socio-digital approaches serve as the foundational basis for research on this issue. The research methods employed include the Communicative Social Competence questionnaire by N. P. Fetiskin, the Differentiated Type of Reflection questionnaire by D. A. Leontyev and E. N. Osin, the Self-Efficacy Scale developed by J. Maddux and M. Sherer, the Diagnostics of Self-Organisation Features questionnaire by A. D. Ishkov and N. G. Miloradova, the Integral Job Satisfaction questionnaire by A. V. Batarshev, and the Adaptability questionnaire by A. G. Maklakov. </p><p>Results and scientific novelty. A model of social and professional reorientation is proposed, with the central construct being the psychological readiness of individuals to acquire new types of activities in the context of career change and re-professionalisation.</p></sec><sec><title>Practical significance</title><p>Practical significance.
