В настоящее время в Российской Федерации отсутствует научно обоснованная стратегия модернизации системы подготовки педагогических кадров для непрерывного профессионального образования. Вместе с тем ученые признают, что отлаженное регулярное качественное пополнение сферы образования квалифицированными руководителями и педагогами, обладающими фундаментальными психолого-педагогическими знаниями и являющимися специалистами в одной из экономических отраслей, имеет решающее значение для успешного развития постиндустриального общества. В связи с этим назрела потребность в создании многоканальной системы профессионально-педагогической подготовки.</p><p>Цель статьи – представить комплексный обзор проблем реформирования профессионально-педагогического образования и показать возможные пути их решения.</p><p>Методологической основой исследования выступили концепция профессионального становления личности, положение об интеграции системного, процессного и проектного подходов, а также принципы развития профессионально-педагогического образования. Панорамный подход к обсуждаемым проблемам модернизации профессионально-педагогической школы определил логику научного поиска.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проанализированы психолого-педагогические проблемы профессионального образования. Рассмотрены многомерные метапрофессиональные качества педагогов профессиональной школы. Разработана концептуальная модель профессионально- квалификационной структуры подготовки педагогических кадров для системы непрерывного профессионального образования.</p><p>Дискуссионный аспект исследования отражен в проекте психолого-педагогической платформы – автономной модульной образовательной программы, включающей массовые открытые онлайн-курсы, системы управления учебным процессом, поддержки инновационной инфраструктуры образования, гуманитарные технологии высокого образования.</p></sec><sec><title>Практическая значимость</title><p>Практическая значимость. Предлагаемая авторами профессионально-квалификационная структура подготовки педагогов профессиональной школы может стать основой для существенного расширения и изменения организационных форм обучения необходимых кадров и обеспечения их социально-профессиональной мобильности. Реализация проекта образовательной психолого-педагогической платформы, основными эвристическими достоинствами которой являются универсальность, гуманитарная направленность и технологичность, будет способствовать повышению качества профессионального образования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Nowadays, there is no evidence-based strategy of upgrade of system of preparation of pedagogical personnel for continuous professional education in the Russian Federation. At the same time, scientists recognize that smoothly running regular high-quality replenishment of education by the skilled heads and teachers having fundamental psychology and pedagogical knowledge and being specialists in one of economic industries has crucial importance for successful development of post-industrial society. Hence, the need for creation of multichannel system of professional and pedagogical preparation has emerged.</p><p>The aim of the present publication is to provide the complex overview of problems of reforming of professional pedagogical education and to show possible ways of their decision.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The methodological basis of the study involves the concept of professional development of an individual; the thesis on the integration of the system-based, process and project approaches; the principles for the development of professional pedagogical education. Panoramic approach to the discussed problems of modernization of professional and pedagogical school has defined the logic of our research.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Psychological and pedagogical problems of professional education are analysed. Multidimensional metaprofessional qualities of teachers of vocational school are considered. The conceptual model of vocational structure of preparation of pedagogical personnel is developed for the system of continuous professional education.</p><p>The debatable aspect of the research is reflected in the project of a psychological and pedagogical platform – the autonomous modular educational program including massive open online courses, management systems of educational process, supports of innovative infrastructure of education, humanitarian technologies of high education.</p></sec><sec><title>Practical significance</title><p>Practical significance. The vocational structure of training of teachers of vocational school offered by authors can become a basis for essential expansion and change of organizational forms of education of valuable personnel and ensuring their social professional mobility.
