GENERAL EDUCATION
The aim of the publication is to continue the discussion of a real state and the most major issues of modern Russian education.
Methods. The positive and negative tendencies in development of the general school and higher pedagogical education are identified and analysed. The aspects of process of restoration of a leader position of the Russian system of training and education in world space are analysed and generalized.
Results and scientific novelty. The most essential obstacles preventing full, positive work of comprehensive school are revealed: distinction of free secondary education; subordination of educational process to the utilitarian purposes of preparation for Unified State Examination for entering a higher education institution; a hypertrophy of knowledgeable indicators and underestimation of education for achievement by pupils of a social maturity as an important purpose and criterion of success of educational activities; orientation to complete individualization (computerization) of education; subordination of reforming of educational system mainly to interests of its management; excessive overload of school teachers and unification of educational institutions leading to attenuation of creative activity of teachers and pedagogical staff. The author proposes real measures of overcoming the listed barriers on the way of the revival of the Russian education. It is stated that for maintenance of its normal functioning and development it is necessary to rely first of all on own traditions and valuable orientations checked by time, to deepen and increase achievements of mathematical preparation, to reveal and support talented, potentially gifted pupils, and, above all, – to work out an issue of strategic reference points of further development of education.
Practical significance. The problem solution of preparation of pedagogical personnel is of special importance for overcoming the residual crisis phenomena in education. It is emphasized that the immediate urgent task is transition from a formula of «double negative selection» (not the best graduates of school enter pedagogical educational institutions and not the best graduates get a job and stay at pedagogical educational institutions) to work on a formula of the «double positive selection» including real tenders in case of enrollment in higher educational institutions and competitive replacement of pedagogical positions. The experience of such work was accumulated at theTyumenStateUniversity in the late 90-s of the last century.
METHODOLOGY PROBLEMS
The aim of the article is to present vectors of Vocational Education Training (VET) modernization in the context of the sustainable development and green economy development; as well as to offer a perspective on addressing the existing gaps based on international experience.
Methods. The methods involve the comparative-analytical method, method of conceptual and socio-cultural contextualization, method of rationalization of meaning, foresight methods and methods of social projection.
Results of the research confirm the thesis that education as a social subsystem reflects the main trends of social development, as far as it is not only an instrument for ensuring of cultural and historical succession, but also the system of forming of a personality and behavior of citizens understanding degree of the responsibility for own future and having for this purpose necessary professional and universal (common cultural) competences and valuable attitudes. It is convincingly proved that for sustainable development of the society and economy, the operational solution of a complex triune task is required: upgrading of educational programs, improvement of competences of teachers and creation of the new training environment. Besides the goal setting and identification of the existing gaps and contradictions that block its decision, the specific measures approved at the international level are proposed; these measures should be integrated into the Russian social and educational context. Professional education at the same time is considered both as an object, and as the instrument of necessary changes. Scientific novelty lies in the contextualization of the challenges of sustainable development and their extrapolation onto the system of vocational education in the form of system-level projecting approaches.
Practical significance. The materials of the publication are offered to be used for development of the strategy of improvement of vocational education; for planning and implementation of practical organizational and substantial actions for «green» transformation of educational institutions. The results of the provided research will be also useful in case of creation of programs for system of continuing vocational education of teachers, methodologists and heads of educational organizations.
VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
The aim of the presented article consists in justification of the need of level increase of the corporate culture providing preserving competitiveness of any organization, and attraction for this purpose of resources of training centers of vocational education.
Methods. While researching the problem the comparative, structural and system analysis, sociological methods (poll, questioning, and individual conversations), methods of project management were used.
Results and scientific novelty. The brief summary of scientific and statistical sources argumentative for a direct connection between internal culture in corporation and its production indicators: a level of the income, stock value, size of a net profit. Development of a corporate culture of the companies of an oil-and-gas sector of economy ofRussia is considered. The problem zones of development of a corporate culture are revealed on the example of functioning of structural divisions of OJSC «Surgutneftegas»; pedagogical conditions of its improvement on the base of theCenter ofPolytechnic Training are shown. Based on the models of a corporate culture recognized in developed countries, the cyclic system of forming of this type of culture is offered; recommendations on activization of the available potential of the intra-corporate centers of vocational training are developed (earlier in similar divisions these aspects of activity organization were scarcely discussed).
Practical significance. The proposed option of increase of effective management of the staff and a further strategic development of the company is acceptable not only for oil and gas companies, but also for the organizations of a wide range of activities which are engaged in fixed or periodic retraining and advanced training of the employees. At the same time, both own corporate centers of vocational training and other educational institutions can be involved in this activity. The described scheme of interaction between business and education is mutually advantageous for both parties: the entities receive the universal tool for increase of effective management of an organization, and educational institutions thanks to development and implementation of paid training programs have an additional source of financing which can be directed to implementation of the core activities and stimulation of pedagogical staff. The aim of the investigation is to show the possibility of updating of the training program of the discipline «Chemistry» intended for training of engineers of chemical specialties of higher educational institutions on the basis of results of the last researches in the field of nanochemistry. The article is addressed to the scientists and teachers developing the specific fields of science, to students and graduate students who have decided to devote themselves to new perspective science of the 21st century.
Methods. The analysis of the works concerning the combinational scattering method (Raman spectroscopy) is made. Exposure to the combinational scattering method and the method of infrared spectroscopy is necessary for the undergraduates who are engaged in synthesis of new nanomaterials on the basis of carbon while deciding of the obtained experimental data. The physical and chemical analysis was used in the research to study the properties and structure of shungite of the Zazhoginsky field – the unique natural mineral containing nanoparticles and the effective sorbent applied to purification of drinking water (emission spectral analysis with inductively coupled plasma, Raman spectroscopy and Infrared spectroscopy).
Results and scientific novelty. When processing shungite with toluene, ochroleucous resinous substance was educed; this is an organic substance according to data of IR-spectroscopy. On the basis of the analysis of data of Ramanspectroscopy, the line about 2700 cm–1 is offered to consider as the indicator of crystallinity. A variety of physical and chemical and structural properties in connection on the basis of shungite allows us to speak about chemistry of fullerenes and nanochemistry as the new perspective direction of chemistry.
Practical significance. Described data on Raman-spectroscopy will help undergraduates, young scientists and researchers to identify various modifications of carbon in the nanomaterials synthesized by them on the basis of carbon. The data received during the research can be used for laboratory work «Determination of shungit nanocomponents through modern physical and chemical methods», having included it in the subject «Carbon» of the program of discipline «Chemistry». The materials of the article can also serve as a starting point for creation of a special short-term course on studying of materials of group of carbon in the system of advanced training for employees of the entities who are engaged in shungite processing.
PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH
Aim. The results of the first stage of the Russian-Slovenian crosscultural research are provided in the present article; the purpose is identification of the key factors that have an impact on the choice of control criteria of a management activity by the Russian and Slovenian leaders.
Methods. Empirical information acquisition was made on the basis of the questionnaire «Subjective criteria of monitoring of activities performance» by G. Miroljubova and F. Ismagilova. The correlation analysis using nonparametric criteria (Kendall’s tau-b and Spearman’s rho), Mann – Whitney U-test and a method of descriptive statistics were used to process the received results of the research. Calculation of data was performed by means of a software package SPSS Statistics 17,0.
Results. The research unit which is stated in the publication has comparative character and includes three stages. The difference of managers’ positions in Russia and Slovenia concerning self-checking of managerial activities was studied at the first stage. When researching the Russian managerial activity, listeners and graduates of the Presidential program of preparation of a managerial personnel provided by the Business School of the Ural State Federal University named after B. N. Yeltsin (Ekaterinburg) were engaged. The research has showed that both groups of measurable and weakly-measurable parameters are equally presented in the structure of subjective control criteria among managers. The significant differences are revealed between average values of the measured criteria of all types (natural, binary, criteria of a ratio and fitting) in the Russian (56,11) and Slovenian (60,39) samples. Scientific novelty. Activities control is a capability of a person to influence on the process and result of own work that is an extremely important aspect of professional competence of leading experts and managers. This aspect should be considered in programs of managerial professional training; unfortunately, it is poorly considered when training the Russian managers. The research confirmed and expanded theoretical theses on national cultural differences in managerial processes of work evaluation efficiency.
Practical significance. The proposed diagnostic model which has confirmed its practical consistency, and the questionnaire developed on its basis can be considered as working tools for monitoring of the content of activity and measurement of indicators of its control among managers of various organizations. The results of diagnostics can serve as the material for correction of educational programs for training of managers in higher educational institutions, and the academic content of further vocational training courses.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION
The purpose of this article is to identify the role of information technology in daily process of training of cadets of military schools of national guard troops of theRussian Federation.
Methods. The methods involve system-oriented analysis, generalization and modelling.
Results and scientific novelty. Informatization of modern society is characterized by growing use of information resources for different spheres of professional activity, suggesting radical changes in the content and technologies of its organization. The problems of informatization of the Russian higher military school are revealed: absence of the uniform methodology for implementation of new information technologies in educational process; low level of cooperation and coordination of activities of educational institutions during creation of a uniform basis of the software; insufficient training of the faculty, etc. The informatization process of military service and military experts of national guard troops of theRussian Federation as members of the security institute in the structure of the state is primarily associated with the creation and maintenance of necessary level of the equipment in order to solve professional tasks in various conditions of the operational environment. Modern realias dictate the need of search of ways and means of improvement of information literacy of cadets of departmental higher education institutions of national guard troops of theRussian Federation. The author of article has designated the main directions of intensive informatization of education of future army officers. The system use of a complex of information technologies of the general and special purpose in educational process of military higher education institution is described. The options of integration of these technologies in the contents of training sections of military experts are shown. Special attention is paid to opportunities of distance learning.
Practical significance. The materials of the publication can be used for optimization of educational process of educational institutions of national guard troops of theRussian Federation and other law enforcement agencies, as well as in the system of vocational training of military specialists.
EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES
The aim of the presented publication is to show new opportunities of application of a a case study method (educational situations) in modern edu cational process of the higher school in general, and in particular – in teaching fundementals of business and economy wherein this method has gained special popularity.
Methods and results. By means of methods of aggregation, deduction and logical synthesis, the authors developed the principles of the organization of distance training of economic disciplines on the basis of the case study method. The structure of educational cases is designated; the standard set of the materials accompanying them is designed. These practical problems were solved within implementation of the project Tempus «Acquisition of Professional and Entrepreneurial Skills by means of Education of Entrepreneurial Spirit and Consultation of the Beginning Entrepreneurs». Possible types and forms of cases were studied; several options of adaptation of their content to the electronic training environment which possesses both restrictions, and extensive additional educational potential are allocated. Various types of cases are shown based on specific examples: illustrating processes and concepts; imitating sample processes; describing original situations in real business and having decisions which are already realized in practice; cases with an uncertain answer to the asked problematic issue. The choice of this or that type of case study tasks is determined by the educational purposes and necessary level of development of a discipline. Cases supplement each other when forming the fund of evaluative means.
Scientific novelty. The majority of researches define the case study method as a group discussion in the educational purposes of any problem situation and collective search of its decision, i.e. application of this method assumes classroom full-time courses. The question of use the case study method in a distance format for individual finding of knowledge and practical skills has been understudied for a long time. The materials of the present article partially close this gap.
Practical significance. The discussed case study method in the publication promotes implementation of approach to professional higher education which is oriented to a student. The research and experience of application of cases in distance training of entrepreneurship fundamentals have showed the universality and efficiency of this method.
TEACHING METHODS
The aim of the publication is to demonstrate the implementation of general methodological principles of optional elementary school online foreign languages learning on an example of a virtual course for students of the second and third grades.
Methods. The methods involve pedagogical modeling and projecting; the experience of foreign and Russian methodists, teachers and researchers is analysed, generalized and adjusted to the modern realias.
Results and scientific novelty. On the basis of the requirements of the state educational standard and interest of pupils in computer games, the author’s technique of the combined facultative educational activities integrated to training in English at elementary school is developed. Online training in the form of games (additional to the major classroom activities) gives a possibility of the choice of tasks interesting to children, studying the material at optimum comfortable and individual speed; it is possible to perform the tasks at home excluding the stressful situations that are specific to school examination, and allows pupils to master most effectively personal, metasubject and object competences. In general context of quality improvement of the general education, the modernization of educational process assumes not only justification of its new maintenance, but also restructuring of scientific and methodical support which has to meet essential needs of teachers and pupils, to facilitate access to necessary specific information. The lack of methodical base of creation of electronic distance resources for foreign-language education of younger school students has motivated the author to create own methodical concept of online training taking into account age of pupils. The complex of the general methodical principles is thoroughly considered; based on the general methodical principles, the proposed modular technique of the organization of an online class is created and implemented. Interactive blocks are described; these blocks are the component units of each module in the educational space of the educational portal LearningApps.org – technological base of an online course of a foreign language.
Practical significance. The results of the diagnostic studies, showed in the article, suggest that the use of the proposed general methodological principles increase the percentage of the knowledge quality, promote the development of initial linguistic representations required to master at the elementary level of oral and written skills in a foreign language, enrich linguistic horizons of students. It contributes to the development of motivation to learn foreign Language, as well as the formation of such metasubject result as the ability to learn and plan their activities. Online environment gives the chance to synchronize the problem solution of providing the trainee with information and methodical material; facilitates search by a teacher of an optimum way of achievement of the practical pedagogical purposes. As a consequence of flexibility and usability of educational means on the LearningApps.org portal, the teacher can quickly change blocks and create additional ones according to the needs of pupils and new thesis. It gives the grounds for a conclusion about prospects of online courses accompanying the main educational programs and lessons at school.SPECIAL CORRECTIONAL TRAINING
. The aims of the publication are: to analyse domestic experience of education and training of preschool children with logoneurosis; to designate the causes and displays of this disease; to define the problems arising through organization of correctional work in preschool institution taking into account modern requirements of the Russian legislation and climatic features of regions; to present a possible version of the solution of these problems.
Methods. The methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific, methodical publications, and legislative base on a problem of correctional work on stuttering among preschool children are used.
Results and scientific novelty. The authors’ program of additional education with the correctional elements «Ecotherapy for Children at the age of 5–7 years with Logoneurosis» developed by the staff of the Ecotherapy Laboratory of the Polar Alpine Botanical Garden – Institute named after N. A. Avrorin is described in the publication. The program complies with the modern requirements of Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education and is focused on tutors and speech language therapists of correctional groups and logocentres. In the course of mastering the program, a child by means of a game at once joins in search-investigative activity in the field of biology and ecology with visualization of an ultimate goal and obligatory practical material realization of results of work. From the point of view of medical expediency, the program has included the special breathing and relaxation exercises which are picked up for the lesson topic. The efficiency of a combination in correctional pedagogics of standard logopedic methods and the practise with nonconventional methods of art-, garden-, and animal-assisted therapy is confirmed. Special relevance of the proposed techniques and methods in the conditions of the Polar region (the region, wherein during the period of an exit from polar night) is stated; most often not only somatic diseases but also logoneurotic attacks are registered among children. According to concluding observations of logopedists, through this program implementation, more than 50% of the preschool children participating in an experiment with the diagnosis of logoneurosis acquired the speech skills meeting language norms.
Practical significance. The authors of the program of ecological therapy and staff of preschool educational institutions participating in the experiment, express confidence that the proposed techniques and methods allowing to remove neurotic manifestations among children and improve their psycho-emotional state through active development of sensorimotor skills, will be useful to teachers of educational and social institutions of all types working with children of preschool and younger school age.

THE HUMANITIES IN EDUCATION
The aim of this article is to demonstrate the possibilities of application of the contextual approach, developed in pedagogy and psychology, in the process of literary analysis. Initially contextual approach was developed by A. A. Verbitsky as a methodology of education. A key category of this approach was the context, interpreted A. A. Verbitsky as a psychological phenomenon. Accordingly, in this paper on the basis of later research context is understood as a psychological mechanism of semantic, objectified in external forms of test patches, social and communicative situations, etc. Now contextual approach became general psychological methodology, which led to the possibility of its application in various fields of the humanities in particular – in psycholinguistic literary studies, where the notion of «context » is used in-depth psychological interpretation. Methods. The contextual approach developed by A. A. Verbitsky as the main component of methodology of education became the main instrument of the research stated in the publication. Besides a field of the general education, this approach is applicable to various private spheres – to educational aspect of education, and also to methodology of teaching various subject matters – mathematicians, biology, foreign languages, etc. The contextual approach at the level of allpsychological methodology has allowed to apply it in various fields of humanitarian knowledge, in particular in literary researches with a strongly pronounced psychological perspective. The contextual analysis corresponding to approach has been chosen as a method of work.
Results. Based on A. A. Verbitsky’s interpretation and results of the latest researches the author shows that the context is a semantic mechanism, objectified in external forms of test fragments, social and communicative situations, etc. The following types of contexts are allocated: microcontext of a personality and works of an author, a mesocontext of socio-cultural influences, and also macrocontext of perception and interpretation of works in culture and science. The critical view of psychoanalysis as the literary criticism tool in the Russian culture is presented. Through the systematization of complementary contexts and psychoanalytic interpretation the myth about F. M. Dostoyevsky’s epilepsy as a source of his creativity is discredited; though by recognition of the writer, personal problems and neuroses nevertheless were reflected in his works. The hypothesis of the opposite influence of creativity of F. M. Dostoyevsky on S. Freud’s concept, i.e. formation of psychoanalysis under impact of art creativity is made.
Scientific novelty. Methods of engaging of an intertextual and socio-cultural environment are known in linguistics and literary criticism long ago. However, diverse environments of existence of the personality and works of the artist as the unified system of contexts psychological in essence have not been considered yet. The novelty of the proposed way of a research consists in systematicity of formation of a complex of contexts of the studied phenomenon that makes it possible to correlate the diversified information through its origin. As a result, the researcher receives a number of complementary descriptions in the spirit of «the principle of a complementarity» by N. Bohr that provides dimensions and completeness of perception of the studied phenomenon.
Practical significance of the work lies in the hard proof of the prospects of the contextual approach to interdisciplinary psychological and literary research.
CONSULTATIONS
The aim of the investigation is to consider genesis contradictions of gender approach in modern education and training of children and possibilities of its application in an educational system during the newest period of the society development.
Methods, results and scientific novelty. The retrospective analysis of the sources has shown that gender approach isn’t new and not studied: on the contrary, separate education and training of boys and girls in the past was a norm and a duty of parents and teachers. However, the reflection of social processes shows the demolition of traditional system of gender stratification; weakening of women’s and men’s polarization of social roles; change of cultural stereotypes of masculinity and femininity; objective changes in the matrimonial relations. Everything listed above brings into focus an investigative search of new approaches to gender education. The essence of the terms «gender», «gender approach» is specified. Despite very long history of gender education (which was cultivated since the most ancient eras of existence of a mankind), insufficient study of this problem is stated now. Special importance of gender aspect in family education is emphasized. The different points of view in understanding of gender approach in modern science are revealed; the main perspective directions of researches on this subject are noted.
Practical significance. The materials of the present article can be used in teaching history of pedagogics, gender psychology and gender pedagogics.
