RETRACTED ARTICLE

The aim of the article is to consider the issues of professional competence formation of the teacher of preschool education in the system of additional education; the necessity of educational space extension of preschool children is proved.

Methods. The author relies on the technique of the competency approach to teacher preparation pre-school education, while using both theoretical and empirical research methods. The methods involve the retrospective analysis of research works of Russian scholars on pedagogics and psychology; empirical methods – pedagogical diagnostics on the basis of questioning, analysis of psychopedagogical diagnosis.

Results. In the course of pedagogical diagnostics in order to determine whether the content of teacher competence features educational activities in terms of pre-school education it was found that among the most important qualities required of a teacher of preschool education, the respondents allocate humanely-personal and communication skills, functional literacy and reflective skills; majority of respondents found it difficult and/or do not know how to put into practice the polysubjective principle, which is very important at the level of pre-school education. The process of skills formation is described to carry out student teaching on the basis of the proposed principle. It is suggested to put students – the future teachers into the teaching process or real professional work in phases.

Scientific novelty and practical significance. The author gives the classification of groups of professional competence indicators of the teacher of preschool education. Ways for the decision of the priority problems defined in Federal State Educational Standard of Pre-school Education (FSES PE) in a context of the polysubjective approach are shown; each participant of educational process acts as its active member.

The author of article considers additional education as a perspective direction of development of preschool pedagogics, which despite the gathered wide experience of children development by means of additional educational services, has not been considered yet as the complex phenomenon and a resource of optimisation of preschool preparation of children. Attention is drawn to the fact that yet now, the deep comparative analysis of the performance efficiency with preschool children of the general and additional educational institutions hasn’t been carried. It is also required to design the system of expert assessment and working out of diagnostic procedures for defining the productivity of experts training programs of an additional education; and conformance inspection of these programs due to specifications of Federal State Educational Standard of Pre-school Education (FSES PE). Such research works will help to provide the maximum achievement of a purpose of preschool pedagogics – complex development of intellectual, spiritually-moral, creative and physical potential of children.

Abstract

The article aims to consider the possibility of suggestopedia methods use that are successfully practiced in foreign language teaching, pedagogy of music education of preschool children, in starting schools; to find out the degree of methods efficiency of suggestopedia in shaping the musical experience of preschool children in various activities at music lessons.

Methods. The theoretical foundations of the article are views and concepts of the Bulgarian researcher, teacher and psychologist, G. Lozanov; he had studied out the suggestopedia method for foreign language teaching, and the theory of meta-subject education on the basis of artistic-creative activity and appeal to masterpieces of art. Monitoring and surveillance over non-verbal behavior of children, surveys and discussions were used as practical methods.

Results. Musical experience of the child is considered as the process of the development of musical memory. Many suggestopedia techniques developed by Bulgarian and Russian researchers were selected and tested; those that involve the use of involuntary memorization of music when performing creative tasks: free movement or plastic intonation, paint color schemes, music and organizational tasks related to the preparation and conduct music lessons. Three series of diagnostic tasks associated with memory, remembering and recognition of classical pieces of music unknown for preschoolers were worked out to test the effectiveness of these methods and its integration into the process of preschoolers’ music education. The conducted experiment has shown that methods of suggestopedia provide memory activation – children keep in memory classical music.

Scientific novelty. The research demonstrates the application reasonability of suggestopedia methods used at foreign language teaching, music education of preschool children and juniors. It has been proved that involuntary memorizing of classical music by children listening to background sounding during the artcreative activities such as free movement and drawing has the greatest degree of efficiency.

Practical significance. Results and implementations of the research proposed in the present study are topical subjects to review of the musical content while giving classes to upcoming first grade pupils, and also integration of suggestopedia elements into an organizational component and directly to music educational process and its content (such as free movement, drawing of colourful diagrams and charts of musical compositions, applique work, performance of theatrical etudes, etc.). The research findings and developed diagnostic tasks can become widely used in practical activities of starting schools.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present self-control development technology meeting up-to-date requirements in the special education for pupils with mild mental retardation; to reveal the self-control special features for children of the studied category found during the experiment; to show necessity of the task-oriented work.

Methods. The methods involve theoretical analysis of relevant psychologicpedagogical and methodical literature; empiric methods (conversation, writing tasks, observation); pedagogic experiment; quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Results. The article contains the data obtained during the experiment concerning study of the self-control special features for primary school children with mild mental retardation in learning process. The author describes and scientifically justifies the self-control development technology based on the step-bystep approach for children of the studied category. The revealed reasons of low self-control level for primary school children with intellectual disorder are proven by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The presented experimental results confirm the developed technology efficiency and can be applied while studying of all disciplines at primary school.

Scientific novelty. For the first time the unified (may be used at all subjects) and comprehensive (for all self-control components) self-control development technology was developed and proven for primary school children with mild mental disorder in learning process; transient phase necessity is proved and justified for mastering all control kinds by primary school children with mild mental retardation.

Practical significance. The developed technology allows qualitative enhancement of learning activities for primary school children with mild mental retardation. The research results may be used in both correctional and educational work at special (correctional) schools (type VIII) and at general-education schools. In addition the results may be useful in training of primary school teachers and students.
